Shipping information
Julien’s has partnered with Arta and The Packengers to provide shipping quotes through the checkout process. If you select shipping and pay your invoice in full, available shipping quotes will be provided for eligible purchases.
Shipping quotes are provided as a courtesy. You are welcome to use any packing and shipping provider of your choice. All shipping providers must provide pick up from Julien's facilities, packing, and transportation.
How it works
Pay your invoice
Once your auction invoice has been fully paid, shipping options will become available in your account.

Choose from the available shipping quotes, or pick from our list of recommended shipping providers below.
Order processing & vendor scheduling
Once your shipping method and order have been confirmed:
• The shipping provider submits a pickup request
• Your order enters our fulfillment queue
• Our team prepares your item(s) for release and pickup
Please allow up to 2 weeks for pickup scheduling and collection, depending on payment timing and vendor availability.
Shipment pickup & tracking
After the shipping provider collects your order:
• The shipper will provide tracking information directly
• The shipper manages transit and final delivery
