How do I know when the sale is about to be live?
If you’ve registered for an auction, you’ll receive an email approximately 12 hours before the auction goes live, letting you know that the auction is about to begin.
This is one of the reasons that it is good to pre-register for an auction.
Are there other ways to bid?
Not all bidding happens online. Depending on the auction, there may be additional ways to bid. Please reach out to us for details if you have questions about specific auctions.

Can I place a maximum bid?
Yes, you can place a maximum bid online and your bid will be executed automatically until you are outbid by a higher amount.
How will I be notified of successful purchase?
If you place the winning bid in an auction, you will be notified via email at the completion of the auction.
You will also see this information reflected in your user profile when logged into your account. (This change will be reflected in “My Items”.)
You will receive an invoice in your email detailing further instructions. Because you provided your shipping information at registration, shipping quotes will be included in the invoice.
