A Majestic brand MLB New York Yankees jersey (size 48) game-worn by baseball legend Alex Rodriguez during the April 23, 2011, game against the Baltimore Orioles, where A-Rod scored his 22nd career Grand Slam. The jersey was subsequently hand-signed by Rodriguez in black marker and inscribed "game used, 4-23-2011, Grand Slam."

Rodriguez hit a grand slam in the top of the 8th inning off of Orioles pitcher Josh Rupe. It was Rodriguez's 22nd career grand slam. Rodriguez is the MLB all-time leader with 25 grand slams.
