The skill of LeBron James on the court was so highly regarded during his high school years that after leading his team to three state championship victories, he was drafted “prep-to-pro” straight into the NBA. After entering the 2003 draft lineup as the hottest prospect, he was chosen with the first pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers, where his subsequently stellar performance earned him the NBA Rookie of the Year Award.

LeBron’s number “23” appears prominently on both sides of the jersey. He chose the number as a tribute to fellow NBA legend Michael Jordan, who famously wore the same number throughout most of his career.

Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Mears with an “A10” grade and "gifted by athlete" designation.

Also includes a Letter of Authenticity from Beckett and a color photograph of LeBron holding the jersey.
