This is a Vivienne Westwood red silk-crepe ruffled blouse from the collection of Boy George, worn by the musician while preforming on the 1993, RuPaul X-Mas special. Boy George also wore this blouse in his 2013 music video “My God.” He also wore the shirt performing on stage at Queen Elizabeth Hall during Meltdown Festival 2013 on June 23, 2013, in London, England. The shirt was also worn on the album ep "The Devil in Sister George," released in 1994.

The blouse design was a part of Vivienne Westwood's fall 1992, runway collection 'Always On Camera." The button-up blouse features a layered ruffled collar, plaquette, and cuffs. There is a Vivienne Westwood label sewn on the interior neckline, marked a size 40.
