This is a Philip Treacy architectural headpiece from the collection of Boy George. This design was featured in Treacy's 2013 runway show and worn by Boy George in 2015 during reunion tour with Culture Club.

The headpiece is very intricate composed of crinoline tape that wraps around the head in a turban-like wrap with coil-like shape that grow and form an abstract shape at the top. The interior head band has foam to cushion and support the weight of the headpiece, a Philip Treacy label is sewn at the interior.
