A stunt version of the M79 grenade launcher from the production of James Cameron's Terminator 2: Judgment Day (Tri-Star Pictures, 1991). The T-800 Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) uses the grenade launcher, which he procures from Sarah Connor's secret armory, during the attack on Cyberdyne and the climactic steel mill fight with the T-1000 Terminator (Robert Patrick).Built out of foam rubber and resin and molded from a real M79 grenade launcher, this stunt prop has been painted brown and black to appear wooden and metal and contains metal buckles to affix the strap.Please note there is considerable damage from wear and age, the butt of the gun is cracked, multiple places are chipped, the strap has detached from one end and been hot glued to attach to the other end, and the paint is scratched and worn away in multiple places.
