The white coveralls worn by Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski (Jeff Bridges) in the iconic “Gutterball” dream sequence in the Coen Brothers' cult comedy classic, The Big Lebowski (Working Title Films, 1998). Inspired by the grand fantasy sequences of Busby Berkeley, the scene is a vision seen by The Dude after being drugged. Having recently seen a certain film featuring a handyman, The Dude dreams of himself in rugged ripped white coveralls with a workman's belt, dancing and bowling with Maude Lebowski (Julianne Moore), outfitted as a Valkyrie.

The cotton coveralls are size 46-LN, created by Red Kap. They have been customized by cutting the sleeves off at the shoulders, and the crotch has been outfitted with breakaway velcro closure to accommodate the machinery used to make it appear that The Dude was levitating. Additionally, the back of the coveralls were signed by Bridges at a meet and greet event in 2013. Bridges drew an abstract caricature on the back of the torso in black marker, with a speech bubble reading “Dig it," over his signature. The ensemble comes with original costume tags, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity from Propstore.
