A studio made reproduction of a Stop Smoking By Night tape and its case, the originals of which appeared in season 3, episode 18 of Friends (Warner Bros. Television, 1994-2004), "The One with the Hypnosis Tape."
The insert reads, "An enjoyable audio program to help you stop smoking while you sleep." The case contains a black plastic audio tape with a white label which reads "Stop Smoking by Night."
In the episode, Rachel wants Chandler to stop smoking so she gives him the hypnosis tape which helped her friend. It helps him stop smoking, but the voice on the tape also reminds him continuously that he's "a strong, powerful woman," so he starts acting increasingly effeminate. When Joey realizes what's going on, he re-records the tape, instructing Chandler to make him a cheese sandwich every day and buy him hundreds of dollars worth of pants.

Furious that she's now unable to leave their Caesars Palace hotel room, Rachel threatens to eat all of the macadamia nuts from the mini bar, even though Ross consults the price list and warns her that they're ridiculously expensive (also, she hates them).
