Beverly Hills, California – (October 2nd, 2023) – Julien’s Auctions held online “Brady Bunch and More: Eve Plumb’s Jan Brady & Career Archives”” the exclusive collection of the beloved television sitcom star’s memorabiliaand personal Items featuring teleplays of The Brady Bunch’s most iconic episodes, autograph books, photographs and other ephemera. All 78 lots were sold and exceeded their original estimates.

Top highlights included:

  • A pair of signed The Brady Bunch original pilot teleplays with autograph book and ephemera titled "The Honeymoon" by Sherwood Schwartz, the creator and executive producer of the series and signed by Eve Plumb with "Role of Jan" written on the earliest draft, sold for $7,800, fifteen times its original estimate of $500.The first script, dated September 19, 1968 is titled The Brady Brood (the show's original title) and the second script, dated October 2, 1968, has "BROOD" crossed out on its cover and replaced by "BUNCH" in red marker, likely in Plumb's hand.
  • The iconic Hawaiian adventure teleplays and ephemera from the production of the episode series: episode 73, “Hawaii Bound!,” episode 74, “Pass The Tabu!,” and episode 75, “The Tiki Caves” including call sheets, candid photographs most from the production, travel information, xerographs of maps, TV Weekly issue dated August 13, 1972 with a color caricature drawing of the Brady Bunch in Hawaii on the cover, memo from Sherwood Schwartz announcing a screening of the rough cut of episodes and more, sold for $7,800, fifteen times its original estimate of $500.
  • A pair of original teleplay drafts from the iconic The Brady Bunch episode "Her Sister's Shadow," Eve Plumb’s most famous episode in her role as Jan Brady that produced one of the most iconic catchphrases in television history “'Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!'" sold for $6,500, thirteen times its original estimate of $500.
  • The Brady Bunch Christmas scripts, mug, and ephemera including the original Christmas episode "The Voice of Christmas" and the blockbuster 1988 reunion made for TV movie A Very Brady Christmas, sold for $5,850, nearly twelves times its original estimate of $500.
  • Eve Plumb and Ann B. Davis signed The Brady Bunch merchandise and books including several photographs signed by Eve Plumb and an edition of Alice's Brady Bunch Cookbook by Ann B. Davis with a handwritten note from her inside, sold for $5,850, nearly thirty times its original estimate of $200.
