The pendant tests for platinum and is designed as a modified "S," set with 52 full-cut round diamonds totaling approximately 5.20 cts. and graded G-H color and VS clarity, 4 x 1.5", 33.6 gms.; and the chain, marked "PLAT" for platinum, 22", 90.7 gms. Slash wore this piece throughout the 1990's and also onstage while he performed with Michael Jackson in New York City the evening before 9/11.
