JACK LORD .38 SPECIAL FROM
"HAWAII FIVE-0"
Colt Cobra 2" .38 Spec. double action revolver, factory nickel plated, Pachmayr grips, in fine to excellent used condition, #A69943.
The "Hawaii Five-0" television series ran from September 1968 to April 1980. Until recently it held the record for the longest continuously running police series in U.S. television history. This gun was a gift of the CBS Television network to Jack Lord in 1980, presumably at the end of the show.
Accompanied by a brown leather holster that reads: "Hawaii 5-0 Mcgarrett", photos of Steve McGarrett with a gun, Letter of Authenticity, three vintage photographs of the gun, paperwork advising of the gift of the gun from CBS Television and original gun license issued from the state of Hawaii.

"This firearm from Estate of Jack and Marie Lord must be registered in accordance with state and federal laws through Little John's Auction Service, 1740 W. La Veta, Orange, CA, 92868. Registration forms must be completed at this location and the firearms picked up from this location. Buyer must provide a Handgun Safety Certificate or obtain one through Little John's. Also pick-up must be made at Little John's Auction Service after the ten-day waiting period and within thirty (30) days after registration.
In the event the pistols are purchased by an out-of-state buyer, they must be shipped to a Federal Firearms licensed holder in the state in which the buyer resides. Foreign buyers must fulfill both United States and foreign firearms export requirements at their expense." |
