was worn in 1975 by Barbra while she was promoting her ninth film, Funny Lady. The following year, she would receive

Vintage MGM Costume Department Negligee Vintage custom negligee that was made in 1947 for actress/dancer Cyd Charisse
for the MGM film, Unfinished Dance. The gown was made by designer Helen Rose. It is a silk jersey in two tones,
has pleated shoulders and shoulder pads. The very long sleeves snap at the cuffs. There is a hook and eye closure
at the waist and the back is lined. There are two labels in the garment, one, the original measurement label for
making the gown and the other, an MGM costume label (no logo) with 1387-2973 C. Charisse" typed on it. Barbra's
affection for vintage clothing dates back to her childhood, when she often wore her collection pieces on stage.
Over all staining and heavy moth damage at the bottom of the train skirt, overall fair condition."

Beaded Cape with Hood for Presentation to Queen Elizabeth at London Funny Lady Premier April 17, 1975 Custom made
full length cape of crushed velour has an oversized hood and is decoratively adorned in a floral motif made up of
multi colored threads, bugle beads and rhinestones. There is pleating at the shoulder areas and the cape is fully
lined. There is one hook and eye closure at the neck. There are no labels. Barbra Streisand was presented to Queen
Elizabeth II after the London premier of Funny Lady. Co-star James Caan was next to her in a line-up that also included
James Stewart and Lee Remick. For this event she wore this spectacular cape over her gown. Excellent condition.
