The auction will also feature a special curated portion of the sale, Street Art Renaissance: Los Angeles, highlighting the tremendous contribution and influence that the city of Los Angeles and LA-based artist have had on global street art culture. The event will represent works by artists like Chaz Bojorquez who laid the foundation for what Street Art has become today and whose style has subsequently transformed our public spaces and the art of his contemporaries like LA-based artist RETNA's iconic calligraphy style used in his street works. Other landmark Los Angeles artists featured include Mr. Brainwash, one of Banksy's main collaborators, Shepard Fairey, Augustine Kofie, OG Slick and more who have made Los Angeles one of the premier destinations for Street Art worldwide.
